The Chasing Change 1:1 Transformation Program

The Chasing Change system helps clients build a stronger body, clearer routines, and a more aligned direction across six areas of life:

Body · Art · Mind · Soul · Career · Life

Meet Your Coaches

Two coaches. One structured path toward change.

Chasing Change is led by Tyler Wade and Paul York as two distinct coaches who bring complementary experience to your transformation.

Portrait of Tyler Wade

Meet Tyler Wade

Chasing Change was created at one of the lowest points of my life.

I was a lost twenty something with no direction, no structure, and no real reason to get up in the morning. When I looked in the mirror, I didn’t recognize the person I was becoming.

I had habits I regretted. I was leaning on distractions and vices just to get through the day. Eventually, I reached a point where staying the same felt worse than starting over. So I built a way out.

What started as a personal system to rebuild my body, my routines, and my confidence became something bigger. I realized the problem wasn’t motivation, it was structure. Once structure was in place, change followed.

Chasing Change exists to give people that structure. Not quick fixes. Not hype. Real systems that help you move forward when life feels stuck. Because sometimes the way out isn’t something you find. It’s something you build.

Portrait of Paul York

Meet Paul York

My name is Paul York, and for the past 10 years I've helped people build strength, lose weight, and become more confident through fitness.

Throughout my coaching career, I've worked with everyone from competitive athletes to everyday people simply looking to feel better, move better, and create healthier habits.

One thing I've learned is that lasting results don't come from chasing perfection. They come from building sustainable habits, staying consistent, and having someone in your corner when motivation fades.

As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, my goal is simple: help you create a fitness lifestyle that works with your life, not one that takes it over.

Through Chasing Change, I'll help you build strength, gain confidence, and create progress you can maintain for years to come.

The Routes | Programming Structure and Cadence

Transformation happens in layers. The length of your commitment determines how many areas of life we rebuild together.

The 10K — Two-Core Transformation (12 Weeks · Meets Weekly)

Best for clients ready to build momentum quickly.

We focus on two primary cores at the same time, typically:

  • Body + Life (routine structure)
  • Body + Mind (focus and execution)
  • Body + Career (energy and direction)
  • Body + Soul (stress regulation)
  • Body + Art (creative identity)

Result: visible physical change paired with one additional life upgrade that makes progress sustainable.

The Half Marathon — Four-Core Alignment (6 Months · Meets Weekly)

Best for clients ready to create structure across most of their week.

Typical structure includes:

  • Body (foundation)
  • Mind (decision systems)
  • Life (routine architecture)
  • Career or Art (direction or expression)

Result: clients stop living in disconnected routines and begin operating with alignment across multiple areas of life.

The Marathon — Six-Core Operating System (1 Year · Meets Weekly)

Best for clients committed to full lifestyle transformation.

This level installs structure across:

  • Body
  • Art
  • Mind
  • Soul
  • Career
  • Life

Result: clients leave with a repeatable operating system they can rely on for years.

The Scholar Track — Two-Core Transformation (12 Weeks · Meets Weekly)

Reserved for selected applicants.

Follows the same structure as The 10K and focuses on:

  • Body plus one additional core

Result: momentum, clarity, and a foundation strong enough to continue building independently.

What Every Client Receives

Weekly Strategy Sessions

Each week includes a focused planning session to adjust priorities, refine routines, and solve consistency challenges in real time.

You always know what to do next.

Sessions are used to:

  • clarify the next milestone
  • remove friction from your environment
  • adjust systems that aren’t working
  • build repeatable weekly structure
  • stay aligned with your long-term direction

Momentum replaces uncertainty.

Custom Systems Built Around Your Life

Every transformation plan is designed around your schedule, environment, responsibilities, and current season of life.

This may include:

  • weekly structure planning
  • habit architecture
  • skill-building routines
  • environment design
  • accountability frameworks
  • adaptations for travel or schedule changes

Progress becomes automatic instead of negotiable.

Sustainable Strategy Frameworks

Instead of rigid rules, clients receive flexible structures that support consistency across all six cores.

Support may include:

  • decision-making frameworks
  • planning templates
  • resource systems
  • priority filters
  • routine anchors
  • energy management strategies

Clients stop restarting and begin sustaining momentum.

Progress Review System

Each week we evaluate movement across the areas that matter most right now.

Depending on your focus, this may include:

  • skill development
  • creative output
  • mental clarity
  • physical progress
  • relationship alignment
  • career direction
  • schedule consistency

The program adapts as you change.

Direct Coach Access Between Sessions

Support continues between calls when real life happens.

Clients receive guidance for:

  • missed routines
  • unexpected obstacles
  • decision points
  • travel adjustments
  • motivation drops
  • strategy questions

Problems get solved before they become setbacks.

The Six Core System

Most programs improve one area of life. Chasing Change installs structure underneath all of them.

Body Core

The Body Core establishes visible momentum and creates the energy required to improve the rest of life.

  • a personalized weekly strength split matched to schedule and training history
  • calorie targets or structured meal frameworks depending on preference
  • a repeatable 5–10 meal rotation system for weekdays
  • a travel and disruption workout substitution matrix
  • weekly bodyweight and physique trend tracking
  • cardio integration based on fat-loss or performance goals
  • sleep anchors that support recovery and consistency
  • step-count or movement baselines when needed

Result: training stops depending on motivation and becomes part of normal weekly structure.

Mind Core

The Mind Core installs execution systems so progress continues even during stressful weeks.

  • weekly priority filtering using a 3-task execution framework
  • friction audits identifying where consistency breaks down
  • decision rules for workouts, food, and schedule conflicts
  • a weekly reset structure to prevent falling behind
  • “minimum viable week” fallback planning for busy seasons
  • consistency tracking across chosen habit targets
  • structured planning inside a quarter-based timeline system

Result: clients stop restarting routines and begin maintaining forward motion year-round.

Art Core

The Art Core restores creative output as part of identity rather than something postponed indefinitely.

  • a weekly creative block built into their calendar structure
  • one active project roadmap with milestones
  • output cadence targets (daily, weekly, or seasonal)
  • friction mapping around avoidance or perfectionism
  • identity positioning around creator vs consumer
  • accountability checkpoints tied to visible deliverables

Result: creative work becomes scheduled behavior instead of future intention.

Soul Core

The Soul Core stabilizes energy, stress, and internal clarity so progress across other cores can hold.

  • a structured weekly reflection system
  • sleep rhythm anchoring routines
  • stress reset protocols for high-pressure weeks
  • meaning-alignment check-ins during transitions
  • emotional pattern awareness across work and relationships
  • routines that protect recovery without reducing ambition

Result: clients feel steadier and clearer instead of oscillating between burnout and restart cycles.

Career Core

The Career Core evaluates whether current work supports long-term direction and lifestyle goals.

  • a 5Ps alignment audit (Pay, Place, People, Problem, Passion)
  • schedule-energy mapping across the workweek
  • role-fit evaluation against strengths and constraints
  • promotion vs pivot decision frameworks
  • transition planning timelines when needed
  • long-range positioning conversations tied to identity goals

Result: clients understand whether to optimize their role or change direction entirely.

Life Core

The Life Core installs the systems, structure, and environmental stability that make sustainable progress possible across every other core.

  • calendar architecture that reflects real priorities, not wishful thinking
  • household systems that reduce chaos and recurring stress
  • environment design that makes better decisions easier
  • relationship boundaries and social structure that protect your energy
  • routine anchors that create consistency during busy or unpredictable seasons
  • financial organization and life admin systems that reduce background pressure
  • recovery rhythms that protect bandwidth, not just productivity
  • experience planning so life feels intentionally lived, not endlessly managed

Result: life stops feeling reactive, cluttered, or fragmented—and starts operating like a stable foundation you can build on.

The Goal

Short timelines create momentum.

Longer timelines create alignment.

The longest timelines create identity-level change.

The objective isn’t temporary discipline. It’s building a structure you can rely on for the rest of your life.

What Coaching Is

Coaching is structured guidance designed to help you move forward with clarity and consistency.

  • weekly strategy sessions to adjust direction and remove friction
  • personalized training and habit systems built around your real schedule
  • accountability that keeps momentum from disappearing between sessions
  • feedback based on your progress, not generic plans
  • decision support when routines break or life gets busy
  • long-term structure across the Body, Art, Mind, Soul, Career, and Life cores

Coaching replaces guessing with execution.

What Coaching Isn’t

Coaching is not therapy, emergency support, or passive motivation.

  • a substitute for mental health treatment
  • daily crisis intervention
  • a done-for-you transformation
  • a rigid program you must follow perfectly
  • a one-time plan without adjustment
  • a shortcut that avoids effort or consistency

Coaching works when structure meets action.
